Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales at Heatcheck Toronto are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery. If an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, or if an incorrect item is delivered, you must notify Heatcheck Toronto in writing at support@heatcheck.shop within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.
Any resolution for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be determined at the sole discretion of Heatcheck Toronto, which may include replacement or store credit, where permitted by law. Refunds will not be issued.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, custom or personalized products, gift cards, or any other merchandise.
This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to online, in-store, pop-up, and event sales.
